Return Policy
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
Product Return/Exchange And Refund Policy
- Return Policy: You may return unopened, unused and resellable products, in original packaging within 7 days from the date the shipment was delivered, for a refund of the purchase price. Only unopened unused products in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your opened product qualifies for return or refund, please contact a customer service representative at botanicannashop@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
- Return Processing: If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item).
- Exchange Policy: You may be able expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. In order to expedite the exchange, please place the new order, and send the new invoice number to our email botanicannashop@gmail.com. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s) (excluding shipping charges). Please check with us before placing your new order.
Please note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
How to Request a Return/Exchange/Refund
- Contact us via our email botanicannashop@gmail.com to verify that your item is available for return before taking any other steps.
- Repackage the item including the unopened sealed original item(s), packing slip, and packing materials. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused, sealed, and undamaged to qualify for the refund. Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit. A box is required and provided free of charge by USPS if sending Priority Mail.
- Include a copy of the original Packing Slip in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item or if you prefer to have a replacement sent out.
- If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
