The Bainbridge family is originally from the Midwest area. After graduating college, Jacob and Ashlee Bainbridge moved to Colorado in 2015 to gain experience in the Cannabis industry. Jacob, a director of cultivation and Ashlee, a manager of a medical marijuana dispensary gained a tremendous amount of knowledge.
Inspired by their experiences, they moved back near home in Wisconsin in 2018 and started their first year of large scale hemp farming 15,000 plants. One of largest farms in Wisconsin at the time. Hand planting, transplanting, and harvesting one by one, they were committed with a very small crew of 3 most days. With vertical integration as the goal, they went on and opened their first Galena, Illinois hemp dispensary in May of 2019, instantly having a great response. That fall of 2019, they harvested over 45,000 plants, opened their second hemp dispensary in Dubuque, Iowa, and launched their farm to sale product line, which lead the launch of two websites that ship out daily nationwide. A third location opened in Platteville, WI in 2021.
